BIOFEEDBACK is a therapeutic technique that teaches how to control physical responses such as breathing, muscle tension, hand temperature, heart rate, blood pressure and brain activity that are not normally controlled voluntarily.

You learn to control these responses by using sensitive instruments that measure and display physical or mental processes, making you aware of things you cannot easily feel or detect on your own.

How can athletes benefit from Biofeedback Training?

Biofeedback has become an important part of achieving the highest levels of athletic performance because, using these techniques and technologies, athletes and sportsmen of all kinds can learn to alter and improve their physiological states and responses to stressful situations.
